The Studio Norfolk

Small group classes are the best way to achieve the result you’re looking for.  This ensures that your technique is correct and that the exercises are tailored for you.  Maximum class size is 7.

If you are considering a more personalised approach try ‘SELECT’, a one to one format for up to 4 people at a time.  Each session completely tailored to the group.
